Complete Tour Overview

At the indicated time, we'll meet in the heart of the city to begin this interesting free tour of Milan.

Along the way, we'll admire the exterior of the Milan Cathedral, one of the largest Catholic shrines in the world. The details of its Gothic structure will leave you speechless! Did you know that at the top of the temple there is a figure called the Madonnina who protects the Milanese people

Nearby is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a passageway created in the 19th century for the high bourgeoisie. More than 170 architects proposed plans and ideas, but it was Giuseppe Mengoni who won the current proposal. Its cast-iron and glass arches create an awe-inspiring effect.

Crossing this elegant corridor lined with boutiques is Milan's Teatro alla Scala. This opera house is one of the most famous theatres in the world, and was the first to be illuminated by electric light.

We'll continue walking through the historic centre of Milan, admiring other iconic buildings, including the Basilica of San Nazaro in Brolo, the Sforza Castle. Depending on the season, we may also pass by the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Although we won't have access to its interior, we'll learn the history of its most important work: The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci.

Between 2 hours and 15 minutes and 3 hours later, we'll end our free tour of Milan in the city centre.
